This was an EB assembly that met in a small, unincorporated community along the Saint Joe River in Idaho from 1884-1901+, with a correspondent of a jeweler named Henri Louis Abraham Isaac Rochat, who was born in 1828 in Le Pont, Vaud, Switzerland, and emigrated in 1852 to Minnesota, where he lived in Minnesota City and St. Paul until 1884 when he relocated his family to St. Joe.

Henri's wife was Fannie Rosselet Rochat (b. 1831 Les Bayards, Neuchatel, Switzerland - d. 1874 Minnesota City, WA).
