From +1878-1879, William Banford resided in Lachute, Argentuil, Laurentides (Greater Montreal), Central Quebec, Canada. He was affiliated with the exclusive brethren. There may (or may not) have been a meeting room in his home.

In 1931, there were also fruitful open brethren tent meetings in this area, operated by John Spreeman and James H. Blackwood. See Quebec under Lachute, Argentuil.
