Dr. Marlow William Olsen 1930-1980 (b. 1905 Cylinder, IA - d. 1991 Emmetsburg, IA) was an elder at New Hampshire Gospel Chapel in Silver Spring, Maryland from 1930 thru 1980 when he relocated to Cylinder, Iowa, where he was in fellowship with Cylinder Gospel Hall until his death in 1991.

He was a genetic research scientist for the Dept. of Agriculture for 42 years, credited with developing the Beltsville White Turkey, and discovering Avian Parthenogenesis in turkeys. Staff sergeant U.S. Army during WWII for the medical dept, then inspecting poultry two years for the Army in Chicago. Several books published, and lectured in Europe on his research. Owned one of the largest clock collections in the Midwest.
