This was an open brethren assembly in Council Bluffs, Iowa in 1904. There was also a "Bethany Chapel" in 1904 at 908 18th Ave., unknown if it is the same assembly.

There is also a PBCC exclusive assembly that was founded here in 1889 possibly as an open brethren assembly and became exclusive in 1898, and presumed still active.
