Mary was the daughter of Hubert (1830-1903) & Elisabeth Margaret Ruckdaschel (1832-1911) Crefeld.  Her parents were born in Germany, and died in Clayton, IA.    She was born (1872) and died (1945) in Clayton, and was an unmarried schoolteacher who shared a house with Emma L. Jacobs, fellow schoolteacher, in 1940, who formerly in 1930 boarded with Edward Osthoff who served as correspondent 1927-1943 for the Clayton Gospel Hall, IA, and could feasibly have been in fellowship there at some point.
