On June 28, 1910, in Dubuque,  Frances Broessel married Edward Osthoff.  Frances was born in Jefferson, Dubuque, IA in Oct 1887 to John & Elizabeth Foell Broessell.   She was one of the first five to accept Christ at Oliver Garfield Smith's gospel meetings at Clayton in 1918 which became Clayton Gospel Hall, IA.
