They relocated to the Oakland, CA area during WWII, and were commended from several assemblies there in 1947 to serve the Lord with the Hualapai Indians on their reservation in Peach Springs, AZ, in fellowship with an assembly there founded by Harry Ironside of what is now the Bethany Gospel Chapel, Oakland, CA (formerly known as Gospel Auditorium. Andrew & Iva remained there thru 1949, with their children, returning to California, where their son worked for Western Book & Tract (Ironside's bookstore) while in high school. Andrew & Iva eventually retired to the Bethesda Assembly Home in Hayward, CA.
