  • Mary Louise "Mary Lou" Baugh Phelan 1951-2021 (b. 1926 Jacksonville, FL; m. 1949 Nashville, TN; d. 2021 Nashville, TN), daughter of Louis B. Baugh (b. 1902 AL) & Mary Belle Lawrence Baugh (b. 1904 Zephyr Hills, FL - d. 1971 Fern Creek, KY). 1920 @ Crystal River, Citrus, FL. 1930 @ Huntsville, AL. 1940 @ Jacksonville, FL. Mary Lou's mother was latterly a member of Taylor Boulevard CoC in Louisville.
