John Ruskin Gill was a respected Bible teacher based in Seattle, WA in the United States, associated with the TW-eb assemblies. He was responsible for editing the periodic Notes of Interest newsletter from 1911-1922, which was allegedly a rebranding of the TW-Lowe Letters of Interest as to the Lord's Work (1891-1908+).
