Herbert Collins Webber [[Registered Military|registered ]] for the World War Two draft at the age of 35 on Oct. 16, 1940, having a home address of Box 304, Worcester, Otsego, [[New York]]. He was born in Bristol, [[England]] on Feb. 3, 1905, and registered as a U.S. citizen. His wife was Sara Melrose Webber. He was registered employed as an evangelist with the Plymouth Brethren.
