Mr. B. C. Greenman, coming from England, settled at Halifax, Nova Scotia. Ever a strong voice among the Exclusives, he authored ''Facts and Principles as to the Fellowship of Open Brethren'', whose principles he personally refused and actively opposed. He was a partisan of F. W. Grant following the Montreal Division of 1884 and participated with others in the beginning of assemblies on Quebec’s Gaspé peninsula.
