** WIS: Bryn Mawr, PA: "Our aged brother, Fred Taylor, age 86, slipped away quietly into the Lord's presence on May 25, after a prolonged time of weakness. They brought him to gospel meetings and in the years afterward, he referred to the time when he first learned he needed to be born again. Brother Oswald MacLeod spoke that night from John 3. In the fall of 1929 he trusted Christ through the truth of John 6:37. His life was marked by faithfulness to the assembly and a concern that it be preserved in scriptural ways. He served as an overseer for many years. Shortly after the loss of his wife in 1977, he went to the Home at Longport. His son, Fred, along with his wife are in the Bryn Mawr Assembly. Prayer is requested for the salvation of his only grandson."
