* Dr. Walter LLee Nutt I '''+1933-1958?''' (b. 1891 IA - d. 1960 Des Moines, IA), self-employed podiatrist. Son of Jefferson A. Nutt (1858-1907 Boone Co., IA) and his 1st wife Anna K. Sears Nutt (b. 1858 Peoria, IL - d. 1897). In 1898, Jefferson remarried Mary Emma McHaffie (b. 1865 IN - d. 1931 Des Moines, IA) who was previously married to Jefferson's brother George W. Nutt (1866-1897). Jefferson was "a well known Chicago & Northwest railroad conductor", in fellowship with the Capitol Hill Church of Christ. Anna moved with her parents in 1868 to Lawrence, [[Kansas]] where she graduated high school, and because a school teacher in nearby Clay Co. They were married in 1879, moving to Jefferson's home county of Boone in 1880.
