The Disinger family lived in 1900 in Monroe, Mississippi, [[Arkansas]], and in 1910 in Shelby, [[Tennessee]]. George & Nancy received an award were married in MoL in 1904-19051886 at Muskegon, as did her daughter Alta[[Michigan]].  George & Nancy had two children: * Edward William Disinger (b. 1886). In 1918, Edward was employed as a logging engineer for J.H. Bonner & Sons, Bonner's Mill, Heth, St. Francis, Arkansas. * Alta A. Disinger Harrington (b. 1889 [[Illinois|IL]] - d. 1988 Macon, IL). In 1910, Alta was 21, divorced, living with her parents, and employed as a laundry ironer. In 1913, she remarried John H. Deboe in a Methodist church in Yazoo City, MS, and by 1917, they were living in Helena, Arkansas where John was employed by a lumberyard owned by Helena's first mayor, John W. In Denison. By 1919, Alta was divorced a second time, employed as a saleslady in Memphis, [[Tennessee|TN]] for Goldsmith's, a regionally popular department store founded about 1867, and acquired in the late 1980's by Macy's, its downtown store was operational until 1990.  Nancy received recognition in Messages of Love in 1904-1905, as did her daughter Alta's last husband was Raymond W.
