There are several mentions of Devon, England in the family tree, which should be noted is also the home county of Plymouth, one of the first PB assemblies in the 1820's. William Hancock was born in Plymouth itself, also known for chartering with King James to settle Chesapeake Bay, and was killed during the Jamestown Massacre.
