** T&T 1981-2: "Alexander Pizzo of Brookfield, CT on October 7, age 84. Our esteemed brother was saved in 1928 through the efforts of Rocco Cappiello. He was baptized and received into the fellowship of the assembly at Danbury (now Brookfield). He was a faithful shepherd and was correspondent of the assembly for many years. The funeral service was taken by Frank Tornaquindici, with Matthew Brescia speaking at the graveside."

*** T&T 1963-8: Danbury, CT: "Our sister, Joanne Pizzo went to be with Christ on May 29th at the age of 25. A condition of anemia from which she had suffered since childhood, finally took her home. She was saved at the age of 11 and was in the small assembly in Danbury, Conn., for the past three years, where she was largely responsible for the commencement of a Sunday School. Walter Gustafson preached the Word and Fred Hill and Matthew Brescia also spoke at the funeral home."

Saved when 11 and in this small Assembly the past three years, during which time she commenced a Sunday School Class. She leaves her father and mother and five sisters in the assembly.
