Woodstock Renton Assembly (not its formal name) is an RR (Ravena Ren/R/TSr-Renton) EB exclusive assembly in Woodstock, Oxford, Ontario that has been active since prior to 1999, and continued thru at least 2013.
It split from Woodstock Meeting Room, ON which was founded in 1845 by Joseph Medlicott Scriven (author of "What A Friend We Have In Jesus"), and sided with Raven in 1889, and continues today as the PBCC, which operates a local "Rapid Relief Team" (founded in 2013) in Woodstock with disaster relief and other community functions.
Leadership within the breakoff assembly include J. McKay & Richard N. Hesterman, who write occasionally for A Word In Its Season, a monthly devotional-doctrinal periodical that circulates primarily among Renton brethren.
