She was saved on June 6, 1919 while reading a book from the Sunday School treat. She was baptized in 1921 and received into assembly fellowship in Broadview in 1923. For some years, she was in fellowship in Swanwick and later in Oshawa. In 1961 she married Archie Baldwin and has been in fellowship Goodwood since Aug. 1974. She was a gracious, happy, outgoing Christian who attended the meetings at Goodwood well."

He was born again on Nov. 7, 1903, "Fools make a mock of sin" (Prov. 14:9) being the verse used in his conversion. He was baptized and received in Pendlebury Assembly, near Manchester, [[England]]. Coming to Toronto in 1933 he was with the Swanwick Assembly for three years and with the Broadview Assembly for the remaining years. A man of prayer, a real shepherd, he will be greatly missed. Henry Fletcher gave the message in the Funeral Home and Robert Booth at the grave."

For the past ten years, since the death of his wife, he was cared for at the home of his daughter. He was a patient man who loved the Truth of God. Edward Doherty and Alan Adams spoke to a large number of friends and relatives at the funeral. He was able to gather with the Lord's people here until about a year ago. He was longing to go "HOME"."

She was a very worthy helpmeet for her husband, and together they were in fellowship in Toronto and Midland area assemblies before moving to Peterborough in 1974. The packed funeral parlour indicated the high esteem in which she was held. "A woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised" (Prov. 31:30)."
