There was either an exclusive brethren assembly in Picton, Prince Edward, [[Ontario|ON]] from prior to 1878 thru 1903, or simply brethren residing in that area. After the divisions, they would be considered by historians as TW-Lowe. After that period, there was unrelated gospel work done by open brethren in 1906, and 1948-1949, resulting in the start of [[Picton Gospel Hall, ON|Picton Gospel Hall]] (OB) which is still active.
