Oak Forest Bible Chapel was an open brethren assembly started in Chicago, [[Illinois]] in 1931, as the fruitful result of a gospel work over a span of a few years by brethren from [[Laflin Gospel Chapel, IL|Laflin Street Gospel Hall]] that resulted in the formation of Washington Heights Gospel Hall, which met until 1962 when it was rebranded as Beverly Bible Chapel. In 1976 it was rebranded a second time as its final name. The original assembly was incorporated on Sunday, Oct. 4th, 1931, and was active thru (at least) 1994. Its final location was 5333 W. 151st St., which is currently occupied by the Oak Forest campus of [https://newlifecommunity.church/ New Life Community Church], founded by [[Moody Bible Institute]]'s 10th President, Mark Jobe. =Locations=* 5333 W. 151st St. +1976?-1994+* 1441 W. 103rd St. +1932+
