By 1946, there was an open brethren assembly meeting in homes near Coldwater, Branch Co., Michigan. In 1954, it was meeting in the home of Edward "Ed" G. Dillon, southwest of Coldwater, with Sunday School meetings at the Lockwood Community Building. The assembly also hosted a radio broadcast every Sunday morning at 8:45 on WTVB Coldwater.
In 1959, a decision was made to merge the assembly with Lakeland Bible Chapel which met in nearby Quincy. The new location at that point was 124 S. Jefferson St.  In 1965, the 1960's, Ed Dillon assembly was serving as one of at least 46 in North America who sent a commended worker, as per 1963representative to the national CWCC conference (sponsored by Letters of Interest).
This assembly continues to meet in 2025 at the Lighthouse of Tekonsha on 616 N. Main in that nearby town. See Assembly Care for meeting times and correspondents.
