Wife: Lola Joe McComb Chambers (b. 1921 Kent or Taylor Co., TX - d. 2010 Fort Worth, TX), daughter of Carl Winfield McComb (b. 1898 Riverdale, Kent, TX - d. 1991 Abilene, TX) & Elsie Ada Morton McComb (b. 1899 Eastland, TX - d. 1975 Abilene, TX). Major Chambers was a son of Chaplain William James Herbert Chambers +1922+ (b. 1890 Dublin, IE - d. 1969 San Francisco, CA) who was a correspondent in 1922 at the Waterville Gospel Hall, now Terryville Gospel Hall in Connecticut.
