- George Harry Henry and Alice Letts-homesteaded in Pembina/Riverdale district of AB in 1904. Co-founding family of Sunnybank Meeting Room. First brethren assembly in that area. Originally of Calumet Island, QC. See Calumet Island page.
- Thomas White and Margaret Letts-homesteaded in Pembina/Riverdale District of AB in 1904. Co-founding family of Sunnybank Meeting Room.
- William and Dorothy Letts-homesteaded in Sunnybank, AB in 1909. Met with their sons in the Sunnybank Meeting Room.
- Earnest Amos Edmond and Lucy Emmalina "Emma" Letts-homesteaded in Sunnybank, AB in 1913. Met with family in Sunnybank Meeting Room until they left with their son, Harry Ernest Letts, to start the Sunnybank Gospel Hall (OB).
- George and Elizabeth Struthers-homesteaded in Sunnybank, AB in 1909. Fellowshipped with their family in Sunnybank Meeting Room. George Walter Struthers was called the "preacher" and provided ministry for the small group.
