1932 Conference
1932 Light & Liberty reports: "The Ninth Annual Bible Conference of the Christians who gather to our Lord's name in Grace Gospel Chapel, was held May 30th. It was felt by many to have been the largest and best of other similar gatherings. Well over 300 were present to listen to edifying ministry and to enjoy Christian fellowship. Our brethren George Fraser McKenzie, Dr. Kenton Benjamin Moomaw (1870-1939), Harold Milton Harper gave ministry which exalted Christ before our hearts and gave to us desires to go on better for Himself.
1936 Conference
1936 Light & Liberty reports:"The thirteenth annual conference of the believers was held on Memorial Day. A happy day was spent by the believers who attended the conference, both in hearing the ministry of a risen Christ and in happy Christian fellowship.John Hill, William Huss, George McCandless, Frank Moyer Detweiler (1899-1988), and Harold Milton Harper (1889-1963) shared in the ministry of the Word. One young man trusted Christ.
1937 Conference
July 1937 of The Witness (British) reported: "Curley Hill Conference, May 30th and 31st, was large. Christ-exalting ministry from Charles Innes, George McCandless, Harold M. Harper, Frank Detweiler, and Hugh McEwan. Charles Innes continued for a few meetings."
1938 Conference
1938: Light & Liberty: "Fifteenth Annual Conference was held in Grace Gospel Chapel May 29th-30th with large attendance; ministry was given by John Bloore, L.T. Chambers, Harold G. Mackay, and Frank M. Detweiler."
1944 Conference
1944: Light & Liberty: Harold M. Harper reports, "The 21st Annual Conference of Christians gathering in our Lord's name at Curley Hill, PA., took place on May 30. Between 200-300 were present in spite of war work and difficulty in transportation. August Van Ryn, James Spink, and Harold Harper were the Lord's messengers to His people and they brought a varied type of ministry in which our Lord was glorified and the hearts of His people were stirred to fresh devotion to Christ.
Christian fellowship was enjoyed between the meetings and the hearts of all were encouraged by spending the day together. These times of refreshment are more necessary because of the difficult circumstances in life which are the portion of all believers just now."
1962 Conference
1962: Light & Liberty: Harold M. Harper reports, "Shared in the ministry at the Toronto, Ontario Easter Conference which was greatly enjoyed as well as the fellowship of the saints. Early in June was at the Curley Hill, PA conference and shared in the ministry with brethren W.E. Welch and John Milton Mills. Grateful for a measure of good health."
