John Crawford Millen (1812-1890) was a contact for an Exclusive [[index.php/Nebraska#Glenvil http://brethrenpedia.org/index.php/Nebraska#Glenvil] Exclusive preaching point ] +1878-1880+ 2 mi. W of what is now Glenvil, Nebraska, which is presently part of (and northeast of) Hanover.
He was born 1812 in Scotland, emigrated to Alton, Illinois before 1842, where his children were all born. It is highly likely that he was in fellowship with the [[Alton Meeting Room, IL|Alton Meeting Room]] which is the first known Exclusive assembly in the United States, although it is presently unknown when he came into fellowship.
