[[Assemblee Chretienne de Saint Boniface, QC|Assemblée Chrétienne de Saint-Boniface]], Saint-Boniface, Maskinongé, Central [[Quebec]], [[Canada]] was a French open brethren assembly begun by Denis Legendre of Grand'mere around 2003 that existed thru at least 2004.
Denis Legendre's parents were among the first in<span style="font-size: 0.939em;">  nearby </span><span style="font-size: 0.939em;">S</span><span style="font-size: 0.939em;">hawinigan to trust the Lord. They had seven children and  cottage meetings were often held in their small apartment. Later Mr. Legendre often took a gospel meeting; he was a forceful speaker. At the age of forty the Lord took him home after a year of terrible suffering from cancer. </span> <span style="font-size: 0.939em;">His son, Denis, eventually became an elder in the Shawinigan assembly, a most conscientious man who took most of the responsibility for the its wellbeing of .  A split in the Shawinigan assembly. He eventually left this assembly in the fall of 2001 led to begin his eventual departure and the beginning of this one at Saint-Boniface. </span>
