** With Christ: "'''Mrs. Kathryn F. Hawk''' of Longport, N.J. on Feb. 25, age 90. Our dear sister was born on Mar. 19, 1899 in Boness, [[Scotland]] and was born again in 1915. At age 19, she came to the [[United States]]. She was commended to the Longport assembly from Donora, [[Pennsylvania|PA]], where she was in assembly fellowship for 47 years. Mrs. Hawk was a resident of the Gospel Hall Home for the Aged for the past eight years. She was the widow of Clyde F. Hawk and is survived by one son, Minor C. Hawk."

Before coming to Longport Home in 1981, Lucy was in fellowship in the Waterville, Terryville and Torrington assemblies and she faithfully attended the assembly meetings. She was a widow with no children and is survived by a brother Luke Richard, and a sister Mrs. Evelyn Williams of Torrington. Lucy lived a selfless life, seeking always to be a help to others."

She was baptized on Dec. 30, 1984 and was later received into assembly fellowship for a brief time at New Creek, [[West Virginia|W.V.]] Mrs. D'Augustino was a very willing worker and was once employed by the Gospel Hall Home."

** With Christ: "'''Mrs. Ruth (Sutherland) Morrison''' of Longport, N.J. on Nov. 5, age 90. Our beloved sister was saved at the age of 12 in England and went to be with the Lord from the Gospel Hall Home, Longport, where she was a former worker and later resident since 1972. For many years, she was in Bryn Mawr, PA and always displayed a quiet, pleasant and contented spirit. She is survived by her husband, Roy, seven children who all share that blessed hope, 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Many family members heard the gospel at her funeral taken by G. Higgins and D. Oliver."

Our dear sister was saved in [[Scotland]] at 18 and was the daughter of Richard Roberts, who preached the gospel on this continent and died in the 1950's. Given to hospitality, she and her husband faithfully supported the York, [[New York|NY]] assembly until 1982 when the assembly ceased to exist. At that time, they moved to Longport to help at the Home. Her husband tenderly cared for her during her last years of rapid decline. Please pray for some in her family who remain outside of Christ."

** With Christ: "'''Mrs. Hilda Grob''' of Longport, N.J. on Jan. 5, age 90. Our dear sister was saved on April 8, 1917 at the close of a gospel meet in the Addison Road Gospel Hall, Cleveland, [[Ohio]] while singing the lovely hymn, "Oh, be saved, His grace is free! Oh, be saved, He died for thee!" She continued in fellowship in Cleveland for 56 years. In Oct. 1976, she moved to the Longport Home where she was lovingly cared for. Mrs. Grob had the joy of seeing her four sons saved by God's wondrous grace."

** With Christ: "'''Charlotte Crawford''' (nee Carson) of Longport, N.J. on Feb. 3, age 97. Our dear sister was born in Armoy, Co. Antrim, [[Northern Ireland|N. Ireland]] on Oct. 7, 1893 and was saved in meetings by Joseph Stewart and William McCracken in her own town on Jan. 13, 1918, through the words, "Deliver him from going down to the pit" (Job 33:24). She and her husband George, who went to be with the Lord several years ago, were in fellowship at Bryn Mawr, Olney, Barrington and finally Longport. A humble, quiet and godly sister, she was always cheerful and sought to be a help in any way she could."

Although (handicapped), she was able to understand the gospel and was saved on Dec. 20, 1930. For many years, she was in fellowship in Mansfield, [[Ohio]], before coming to the Longport Home with her parents in 1963. As long as health permitted, she proved to be a willing helper at the Home and was a dear soul, much loved by all. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Marjorie Burson of Mansfield."

** With Christ: "'''Gustave (Bud) Semrau''' of Longport, N.J. on Mar. 13, age 74, after a prolonged illness. Our esteemed brother was born in Detroit, [[Michigan]] and saved at the age of eight. For many years he was in assembly fellowship in Ferndale and the last 18 years in Longport, where he served as correspondent. He was well known for his tape ministry, but in the U.S.A. and overseas. Surviving are his wife Betty, two sons, two daughters, 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The funeral held in the Gospel Hall Home was taken by William Lavery."

She was in assembly fellowship for many years before coming to the Longport Home in 1967. During her earlier years, she was very active in children's work. Just recently, one of her scholars, who was saved, visited her at the Home and expressed great gratitude for Mrs. Howie's interest in her soul. She is survived by one son. Gene Higgins took the funeral at the Home."

Our dear sister was born in Paisley, [[Scotland]] on April 20, 1899 and was saved as a young adult after immigrating to the [[United States]] in the 1920's. She was in the Longport Home since 1950 when she came with her mother. When first a resident, she worked in various capacities. She was always a happy sister, rejoicing in the Lord despite her many infirmities."

Our dear sister was saved in her early 20's while under the sound of the gospel preached by Brethren Conaway and Halliday in Philadelphia. She was a faithful sister who had been in fellowship with the Olney assembly before going to the Longport Home in 1978. Mrs. Moon is survived by two sons, Edwin and Bruce. She and her husband George were instrumental in helping establish the Home in Longport. Mrs. Moon represented the last of that generation who had been associated with the Home through the years."

Our dear beloved brother was born went home suddenly, leaving a fragrant testimony. Saved in County Antrim1918 while conversing with his mother, he became a Methodist pastor near Indiana, PA. Through newspaper articles and the influence of R. Crawford, F. Hunter, Northern Ireland in 1903 A. Klabunda and was saved there in 1923P. Plubell, he sacrificed everything to gather with the Indiana assembly, later serving as correspondent. He came and his dear wife were given to hospitality. In subsequent moves, his godly character contributed to the [[United States]] assemblies in Matoaca, Frostburg and Longport." * Ernest L. Ganoe, Sr. (1908-1991) not as a young man and was in fellowship in East Pittsburghresident of Longport Home** With Christ: "'''Ernest L. Ganoe, Sr.''' of '''Cumberland, [[PennsylvaniaMaryland|PAMD]] ''' on Aug. 5, age 83. Our dear brother first heard the gospel at work from Russell Evans of the Frostburg assembly. After some years, Mr. Ganoe came under conviction of sin and was saved at work on Dec. 8, 1953. He was in the assembly at Cumberland for 62 many years before coming to and faithfully attended all the Longport Home in 1985. His wife predeceased himmeetings. He is survived by three single sisters who are in was also for a nursing home short time in [[Pennsylvania]]. The funeral the assembly in Turtle CreekLongport, PA N.J. Bro. Ganoe was taken by Harold Clark very faithful in giving out the gospel in tract form and Kenneth McCulloughin personal words. Walter Gustafson conducted the well attended funeral."

After serving for a short time in Argentine, she was able he went to understand the gospel and was saved on Chile in Dec. 201927 and served in that land until 1980, 1930. For seeing the Lord's hand in blessing on his labours over many years, she was in fellowship in Mansfield, [[Ohio]], before coming . He and his wife came to the Longport Home with her parents in 19631986 and Mrs. As long as health permitted, she proved Stenhouse went to be a willing helper at with the Lord the Home and was a dear soul, much loved by allsame year. Coming to New York City in 1930, she and her husband were associated with the city assembly until 1963 when they moved to the Bryn Mawr [[Pennsylvania|PA]] area, where they enjoyed happy fellowship. Her husband preceded her in 1970 and she moved to the Home in 1988. Prayer is requested for a number of her family who heard the gospel message by W.
