Otto Severene Johansson Chellberg was born in 1862 at Tossene Parish, Bohus-Malmön, Sotenäs, Västra Götaland Co., Sweden. He was a son of Johan Andersson Kjellberg (1822-1863 Malmon Island, Bohus Lan, Sweden) & Maja Britta Svensdotter Andersson (1822-1863 Malmon Island, Bohus Lan, Sweden). Otto was also a paternal descendant of Asmund Andersson, who was born in 1675 on Malmön Island, Västra Götaland Co.  His mother died when he was a baby, and his father, a fisherman, died with some of Otto's siblings, drowning. He was adopted by a family in a stone-cutting village, which would explain his later occupation.
On April 20, 1883, Otto departed from Gothenburg on the ship ''Orlando'' to Hull, England then emigrated to the U.S. to [[Minnesota]], by 1885 in St. Paul, unmarried. In 1887, he changed his last name from Kjellberg to Chellberg. He was primarily employed in the building trade industry as a stone cutter, with a specialty in slate roofs, he contracted for P.F. O'Halloran in 1887, the Lauer Brothers in 1888, and James A. Young & Son in 1889.
In 1890, Otto removed to 5726 Atlantic, in Chicago, still employed as a stonecutter. About 1895 he was sitting inebriated on a curb, and some young ladies passed by him that were singing hymns, and he followed them back to a Raven exclusive assembly the [[Chicago Meeting Room, IL|Chicago Meeting Room]] where he was saved and accepted into fellowship. In 1896, he was living at 1177 W. Adams, employed as an electrician. 1897-1899, he lived at 212 S. Washtenaw Ave., employed as a locksmith. In 1900, he had removed to 1068 W. Jackson Blvd., still employed as a locksmith. Then in 1901, at 217 S. Campbell Ave., returning as a stonecutter. In 1909 he became a naturalized citizen, while residing in Berwyn, IL, witnessed by Alfred Johnson & George Evertson Calsey. By 1920, he was residing in Corpus Christi, Texas, and died in 1952 in San Antonio. When he removed to Texas, it is believed he left the PB. Alfred was the only one of his children to remain in the PBafterward.
In 1956, one of his son Alfred's grandsons started a printing business in Chicago, presently managed by a son, and in the 1980's a branch developed known as [[Bibles, etc.]] printing out-of-print PB writings, and in 2022 the ministry was gifted to a younger brother in the Lord to continue.
