===El Paso===
** L&L 1960-2: John A.W. Halliday, El Paso, TX: "Two requests have been received for Emmaus Bible courses from young Mexicans who live just across the border from El Paso. One young lad stayed behind and gave assurance of receiving Christ as Savior. At a recent children's meeting on the south side in the Mexican section over sixty crowded into a small room. They listened attentively to the flannelgraph lesson after which we distributed fruit, candy and used clothing, and groceries for the old Senora in whose house the meeting was held. We give God the glory and ask your prayers for blessing."
** L&L 1963-2: John A.W. Halliday, 3907 E. Paseo Grace, Tucson, AZ: "Locally there seems much to do in visitation and a nice number of people attend the chapel. Not long ago I was back in El Paso for a funeral. It is encouraging to see how the believers, though few in number, go on under God. Recently gave help at a Young People's conference near Flagstaff and was much encouraged for the interest shown."
