Denton Christian Fellowship started around 1992About 1989, as there was an independent split from [[Denton Meeting Room, TX|Denton Meeting Room]], a TW exclusive assembly. Among the founders included meeting, led by Paul L. Johnson, who also co-founded the Denton Meeting Room around 1962 and remained until 1992, Tim Van Der Hoek (@ DMR +1985-1992), others include Kevin M. Pearson, B. Selman, S. Selman, D.M. Welchand others, and P. Zaklama. More recent correspondents would include Clifford Smith & Fred Pratt. This assembly *may* be that comprises a moderately sized meeting that is loosely affiliated with the Renton exclusives, which is a Ravenite network that left the Taylor brethren (now PBCC) exclusives in the early 1970's, known by some as Rentonites. The assembly is a growing work, with young families adding. Other early influences in this meeting have included Kevin M. Pearson and P. Zaklama, of unknown assembly background. This meeting has no known name. In 1992, others left the TW's to start another meeting (TW-P) that continues today as Denton Christian Fellowship, unconnected presently to either the TW's or the Renton brethren. Recent correspondents would include Clifford Smith and Fred Pratt.
