After their divorce, Mary remarried William Todd of Des Moines. Mary was a daughter of A. Fred Weisser (b. 1890 - d. 1978 Sylmar, L.A., CA) & Helen E. Weisser (b. 1893 - d. 1969 Sylmar, CA).

In 1908, Charles Tonn was living in Whitewater, Cochise, [[Arizona|AZ]]. James & Vinnie lived many years (thru 1954) in Big Spring, TX as did James' brother Charles Allen Tonn. At the end of James' life, he was residing in Sand Spring, in Howard Co.
