He was in fellowship with [[Charlotte Gospel Hall, NC|Charlotte Gospel Hall]] from at least 1972 thru the remainder of his days, and the founder of a Christian bookstore that met in a shopping mall in Charlotte, in conjunction with [[Books For Christians]], a publishing company started in 1972 that was best known for its commentary series, [[The Serious Christian]].
