John, Sr. & Mary Jane Armstrong were Methodists. John, Jr. & Victoria wee of the Botha United Church. John Jr. came to Stettler in 1906, then to Botha where he lived 35 years, and moved to Calgary in 1940.

Annie Munro and her sister Reta worked as clerks for a general store in Red Deer in 1916, and lodged with Thomas Mark Wright and his wife Lucy Wright, an Anglican family. Annie married Levering Benedict (b. 1892 Stantontown, OH - d. 1956 Altadena, Los Angeles, CA), and moved to Carmel Hills Retirement Home in Charlotte, [[North Carolina]] in 1986 where she remained until her death in 1992, and in fellowship with [[Charlotte Gospel Hall, NC]] (KLC).
