John Jr. came to Stettler in 1906, then to Botha where he lived 35 years, and moved to Calgary in 1940.

Annie Munro and her sister Reta worked as clerks for a general store in Red Deer in 1916, and lodged with Thomas Mark Wright and his wife Lucy Wright, an Anglican family.
