Mrs. McClure had lived most of her life in the Indiana County area where she attended the Indiana Gospel Hall and was a homemaker. She graduated from Indiana High School in 1948. TIG 1997-9-15: Parks celebrate 50th anniversary: "William and Jeanette Parks of Indiana celebrated their 50th anniversary recently. They were married July 11, 1947, in Dover, Del., by evangelist Eddie Richmond and have resided in Indiana for the past 12 years. Mr. and Mrs. Parks are the parents of two sons: Alan, an evangelist in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Lindsay, a physician in Indiana. They also have seven grandchildren. A scripture text was presented to them by the members of the Indiana Gospel Hall. A private family dinner is planned at a future date."
TIG 2005-3-1: "William Moore Parks, 85, of Indiana went home to be with the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Sat., Feb. 26, 2005. He passed away at St. Andrew's Village after a lengthy illness, one day shy of his 86th birthday. The son of Irish immigrants Joseph and Sara McCahan Parks, he was born Feb. 27, 1919 in Ardmore, PA. The family lived in Ardmore, [[Northern Ireland]], for two years. Mr. Parks graduated from Lower Merion High School and attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
