[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H._W._Fowler Henry Watson Fowler] (1858-1933), the lexicographer who is notable for his work on the well-known ''A Dictionary of Modern English Usage'' & ''Concise Oxford Dictionary'' moved to Guernsey in 1903, working on projects like this with his brother Francis George Fowler (1871-1918). Their father, Robert Fowler, was a Cambridge grad clergyman, and he and his wife Caroline (Watson) Fowler were originally from [[Devon, England]] where the PB was birthed. It is currently unknown whether the Fowler (or Watson) families were affiliated with the PB, but thought worth noting, from his wiki.
