Active with the [https://missoulachurch.com/ Christian Life Center] in Missoula, it is indicated he led many lives to the Lord thru his Bible classes at work and home. Wife (1933 @ Berkeley, CA): Martha Helena F. Frideborg Anderson Rule (b. 1910 NYC, [[New York|NY]] - d. 2002 Woodinville, King, WA), daughter of Peter Henry Anderson (b. 1867 Des Moines, IA - d. 1956 Oakland, CA) & Frideborg A. Erickson Anderson (b. 1874 Osteraker, Sodermanland, [[Sweden]]; emig. 1896; d. 1938 Oakland, CA). In 1900, Peter & Frideborg Anderson resided in Oakland where he was employed as a miner. By 1902, he was at Hotel Waldorf Astoria in NYC awaiting a passport for an overseas trek from Oct-Dec that year, officiated by George F. Hatton. By 1910, at Manhattan, NYC, [[New York]] where he was a foreman for a "life presses factory". Wife (1961 @ Contra Costa, CA): Gail Lynn Henderson Rule (b. 1942 Walnut Park, CA), daughter of R.C. Henderson. Gail's grandparents were pioneers of Walnut Park. @ Redmond, WA. Peter was an attorney 1966-1992, earned his A.B. from San Francisco State College in 1962.
* Dr. James Clarke Rule (b. 1880 St. Louis, MO - d. 1940 Stockton, San Joaquin, CA). Dr. Rule moved to Stockton in 1903 where he opened an osteopathy office, after graduating from the Univ. of Iowa. He was a dean of osteopaths, and and died of a heart attack while on the Stockton Golf & Country Club, which he assisted in establishing in 1910. He played basketball with the YMCA All Stars 1910 which he continued many years, and directed a boys' work for the local Optimists. Wife: Katharyn Mae Peacock Rule (b. 1881 IL - d. 1964 Stockton, CA), daughter of Frank D. Peacock & Josephine Hume Peacock.
** Frank Alexander Rule (b. 1906 Stockton, CA - d. 1964 Silver Spring, Montgomery, [[Maryland|MD]]). Wife (1931 @ Alexandria, VA): Leota Pearl Hendrix Rule (b. 1901 - d. 1984 Silver Spring, MD), daughter of Solomon "Bud" Wright Hendrix (b. 1855 Carter Co., TN - d. 1889 Johnson City, TN) & Nancy Ellen "Nannie" Scott Hendrix (b. 1861 - d. 1915). Bud served on the first generation of the police force in Johnson City. From +1920-1930+, Leota resided in D.C. with her brother James Blaine Hendrix (b. 1885 Johnson City, [[Tennessee|TN]] - d. 1947 Potomac River, Alexandria, MD) who was a machinist inventor 1915-1947 at the Naval Gun factory, with commendations including from the Secretary of the Navy, for machine attachments & fixtures, particularly a power broaching press in 1918, he was supervisor of the sight factory at the time of his death, where he accidentally drowned after falling overboard off a cabin cruiser near Alexandria.
** Capt. John "Jack" Clarke Rule (1917-1969 Stockton, CA). Cpt. Rule served with the Stockton Fire Dept. 1942-1969. Wife: Winifred Garnet "Gamma" Harris Rule (1914-1985 Stockton, CA), daughter of Allen E. Ghoca-Harris (b. 1871 Wausau, [[Wisconsin|WI]] - d. 1947 Stockton, CA) & Esther Grover Ghoca-Harris (b. 1879 Amherst Junction, Portage, WI - d. 1927 Stockton, CA). Allen Harris was a veteran of the Spanish-American War.
