''Letters of Interest'' was a monthly periodical serving primarily North America with news and articles concerning the open brethren (OB) from 1934-1996. The very first issue was in July 1934, as ''Letters of Interest from The Home Field'', edited by William G. McCartney, associate editor of J.H. Williamson, treasurer was R.W. Trotter & assistant treasurer was R.W. Stott. In 1938, the name was shortened to ''Letters of Interest'', and in 1969 to ''Interest''.
