* Walter Potter '''1868-1911+''' (b. 1847 Coggeshall, Essex, [[England|Eng.]] - ; emig. 1866 or 1867; d. 1937 Chicago, IL), son of Alfred Potter (b. 1821 Great Coggeshall, Eng. - d. 1895 Chelmsford, Eng.) & Julia Higham Potter (b. 1827 Great Totham, Eng. - d. 1886 Chelmsford, Eng.). Walter was previously with [[Chicago Meeting Room, IL]] until the Raven division. Possibly with the PB in as early as 1867 when he emigrated from [[England]]. 1870 @ NYC, [[New York|NY]] where he was employed as a domestic servant for C. Goodhue (b. 1830 NY), a retired merchant. He resided in Chicago by 1871, where he was employed in 1880 for a custom boot & shoe shop, and residing at 241 W. Erie St. Itinerant evangelist.* Marie Kloster Potter '''+18831870-1911+''' (b. 1845 Stavenger, Rogaland, Norway - ; emig. 1861; m. 1870; d. 1932 Chi., IL), daughter of Endre Olsen Kloster (b. 1821 Skudenes, Rogaland, Norway; emig. 1863; d. 1913 Chi., IL) & Anna Benthine Samuelsdatter Kloster (b. 1825 Norway; m. 1844 Stavenger, Norway; d. 1901 Chi., IL). In 1900, Endre owned a bakery. Marie's mother died at Walter & Marie's home. Endre was a member of [http://oursaviourchicago.ctshost.org/ Our Savior Lutheran] (ELCA) of Chicago, he resided just up the street from Walter & Marie at 1210 W. Erie, and previously next door neighbors.
