*** William D. Harcus, co-founder of K&H Printers, was a maternal grandson of Donald Ross, Scottish evangelist in North America. William's father, James Harcus, was an evangelist from Portland, [[Oregon|OR]] who founded Everett Gospel Hall, with the help of W.C. Arnold. Lawrence Kane, the other co-founder of the print shop, and William Harcus, built the first hall, and started the Sunday School.
