** L&L 1950-12: "John Bradshaw of Chicago, passed into the presence of the Lord on Oct. 14 at the age of 91 years. He was saved and baptized as a youth in the [[Northern Ireland|North of Ireland]] 75 years ago. He was identified with the Assembly at [[Palos Hills Christian Assembly, IL|86th and Bishop Streets]] for over 20 years, and for the past few years with the Wheaton Assembly. For many years Bro. Bradshaw made it a practice to read the Scriptures from beginning to end, several times yearly. He was a quiet, godly, consistent brother. Bre. Gould, [[William George McCartney|McCartney]], [[Harold Milton Harper|Harper]] and [Andrew J.] Cotton took part in the services at the undertaking parlors and the cemetery."
