The Atlanta Meeting Room, which presently meets in [[Decatur Meeting Room, GA|Decatur]] was started by 1888by George Hinman. In 1890, as per the U.S. Religious Census, there was one PB-III assembly in Fulton Co., likely this one (now in DeKalb Co.), in a rented hall with a max capacity of 100, and relocated to Decatur after 1985with eleven people regularly attending meetings. In 1895-1896, the hall was across the road from the residence of George Hinman(669 Marietta St.), who founded the assembly, as well as S. John Duncan, at 669 Marietta St.
