** Frank Alexander Rule (b. 1906 Stockton, CA - d. 1964 Silver Spring, Montgomery, [[Maryland|MD]]). Wife (1931 @ Alexandria, VA): Leota Pearl Hendrix Rule (b. 1901 - d. 1984 Silver Spring, MD), daughter of Solomon "Bud" Wright Hendrix (b. 1855 Carter Co., TN - d. 1889 Johnson City, TN) & Nancy Ellen "Nannie" Scott Hendrix (b. 1861 - d. 1915). Bud served on the first generation of the police force in Johnson City. From +1920-1930+, Leota resided in D.C. with her brother James Blaine Hendrix (b. 1885 Johnson City, [[Tennessee|TN]] - d. 1947 Potomac River, Alexandria, MD) who was a machinist inventor 1915-1947 at the Naval Gun factory, with commendations including from the Secretary of the Navy, for machine attachments & fixtures, particularly a power broaching press in 1918, he was supervisor of the sight factory at the time of his death, where he accidentally drowned after falling overboard off a cabin cruiser near Alexandria.
** Dr. Hulet "Hugh" Hume Rule (b. 1908 Stockton, CA - d. 1982 Pebble Beach, Monterey, CA); Wife (1939 @ Stockton, CA): Mary Polak Rule (b. 1913 Fernie, Elk Valley, East Kootenai, BC; 1935 Vancouver, [[British Columbia|BC]]; emig. 1937 Stockton, CA; d. 1981 Pebble Beach, CA), daughter of John Polak (b. 1877 Silesia, Poland; emig. 1905; d. 1938 Fernie, BC while plowing his farm) & Anna Sliwka Polak (b. 1884 Silesia, Poland; emig. 1907; d. 1938 Fernie, BC). John was employed in 1911 as a coal miner, and Presby. In 1935, Mary lived in Vancouver, and by 1937 in Edmonton, [[Alberta|AB]] when she emigrated as a grad nurse to settle with her sister Emma Hazel Polak Dielman (1915-2007) who worked or lived at the [https://www.dameronhospital.org/ Dameron Hospital] in Stockton. In 1961, Dr. Rule and his wife relocated to Pebble Beach where they remained.
** Katharyn Jean Rule Sanders (1911-1998 Stockton, CA). Husband (1936 @ Stockton, CA): Roy Clifford Sanders (b. 1913 Swift Current, [[Saskatchewan|SK]] - d. 2000 Stockton, CA), son of Charles Nestor Leander Sanders (b. 1881 Gothenburg, Sweden; emig. 1912; d. 1953 Vancouver, WA) & Karen Marie Neilsen Sanders (b. 1877 Viborg, Denmark - d. 1957 Vallejo, CA). In 1940, Roy worked for the Stockton Savings and Loan Bank. Karen Sanders moved to Stockton in 1919, and Vallejo in 1952, her memorial was in [https://cpcvallejo.org/ Vallejo Community Presbyterian].
** Dr. James "Jimmy" Roderick Rule (b. 1911 Stockton, CA - d. 1987 Ventura, CA). Wife: Dorothy Ann Jones Rule (b. 1913 Chico, Butte, CA - d. 1990 Ventura, CA), daughter Charlie Laverne Jones (b. 1886 Meridian, Sutter, CA - d. 1935 San Joaquin, CA). In 1920, Charlie was managing a lumber flour mill in Chico, he was Lutheran.
** Capt. John "Jack" Clarke Rule (1917-1969 Stockton, CA). Cpt. Rule served with the Stockton Fire Dept. 1942-1969. Wife: Winifred Garnet "Gamma" Harris Rule (1914-1985 Stockton, CA), daughter of Allen E. Ghoca-Harris (b. 1871 Wausau, [[Wisconsin|WI]] - d. 1947 Stockton, CA) & Esther Grover Ghoca-Harris (b. 1879 Amherst Junction, Portage, WI - d. 1927 Stockton, CA). Allen Harris was a veteran of the Spanish-American War.
