Park Manor Bible Chapel is among the earliest active open brethren assemblies in the Chicago area in Elgin, Cook/Kane counties, [[Illinois]]. It was founded in 1881(or 1882), and known thru 1927 as ''Elgin Gospel Hall''. In 1883, there was tent ministry in Udina, Dundee and Elgin, according to ''The Barley Cake''.

The Hall had a value of $15,300 with $5,800 owed (and with $9,657 in annual expenses), and $929 was additionally spent towards the Lord's work in 1926. By 1936, the assembly was rebranded as ''Elgin Gospel Chapel''' and was rebranded again in 1966 as its present name.
