John & Fannie were CoE thru 1891, and PB by 1901 @ Lombardy. It should be noted that in 1891, both of their live-in staff, Harmon Anderson & Jennie Looby, were PB while John & Fannie were still CoE, and by 1901, John and his wife and children were all PB. No doubt, the fact that John's brother Robert was the earliest correspondent at the Lombardy assembly (which became Rideau Ferry) from +1878-1896+, that likely played a strong role as well. Wood (b. 1875 ON), PB then, resided with John & Fannie, the census identifies her as a '''sister-in-law''' to John... might be a wife of Andrew or James, perhaps widowed at that point.
